Hut-to-Hut Ski Touring
Krossbu is centrally located within the Norwegian Trekking Association’s (DNT) winter trail network and is an ideal starting point for hut-to-hut tours on mountain skis. From Easter onwards, marked and staked routes connect the mountain lodges in the area, providing safe and accessible stages through magnificent high-mountain terrain.
From Krossbu, staked routes lead to, among others:
- Skogadalsbøen
- Leirvassbu
- Nørdstedalseter
Hut-to-hut touring on mountain skis has once again become a very popular winter activity. Along the way, you experience the joy of visiting several mountain lodges, combined with long days outdoors in the high mountains. You will often meet friendly, like-minded mountain travelers, sharing tracks, experiences, and well-earned breaks in the sunshine.
